Before You Order Questions

Yes. Simply register with us and you will be eligible to receive e-mail updates on new products, sales, events and other special announcements. Click here to get started.

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. Click here to register.

  1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
  2. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

Yes. All payment transactions are processed via PayPal. Paypal is one of the leading payment gateways online.

Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.

Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank’s policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. Milliemeno reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You’ll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.

Fortunately we do restock most of our items. Please visit our Back in Stock section to see what popular items we brought back to our online store.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

  1. You may view the status of your order by logging into your Milliemeno account and clicking on Past Orders. Click here to check on that status of your order.
  2. Click on Track Order at the top right of the page. Make sure to have the order # and email address available.
  3. Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when
    1. your order has been received or
    2. your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
  4. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
    1. Select milliemeno.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
    2. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to “MY ACCOUNT” to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
  5. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.



After You Order Questions & Shipping & Returns

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

With a minimum purchase of $65 (domestic – Canadian Orders)/ $85 (USA Orders) /$175 (International Orders) or more at milliemeno.com, shipping is no cost to you. This limited time offer applies only to standard ground shipping. If your purchase is below $65 (Canadian Orders) $85 (USA Orders) /$175 (International Orders), a flat rate of $8.50 (Canadian Orders) /$15 (USA Orders) / $60 (International Orders) will be applied to shipping.

You must purchase a total of $65 (domestic – Canadian Orders)/ $85 (USA Orders) /$175 (International Orders) worth of merchandise only before taxes, shipping and handling. The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through milliemeno.com.

  1. FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
  2. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. If your online purchase does not meet your expectations, please mail the merchandise to our Online Returns address (Below in the FAQ) for a refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase.  At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.

We offer standard ground shipping with Canada Post. With a minimum purchase of $65 (domestic – Canadian Orders)/ $85 (USA Orders) /$175 (International Orders) or more at milliemeno.com, shipping is no cost to you. This limited time offer applies only to standard ground shipping. If your purchase is below $65 (Canadian Orders) $85 (USA Orders) /$175 (International Orders), a flat rate of $20 (Canadian Orders) /$35 (USA Orders) / $60 (International Orders) will be applied to shipping.

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies.

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.

  • For refunds, we must receive returns packages back to our Shipping Centre within 30 days* of the date your order shipped from us (that’s the date and time you received your shipping confirmation email). *For International orders (every nation except Canada), packages must be received by our Shipping Centre within 45 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (Canadian) customers.
  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
  • The following items are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit:
    • Returns received after 30 days (For Canadians) 45 days (For International) of the original order shipment date
    • Returns received in damaged or worn condition
    • Non-apparel items returned without original packaging or damaged original packaging
    • Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox – please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box
    • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
    • Items marked as final sale

First, make sure you’ve read our Returns & Exchanges Policy above. As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange, follow these easy steps for your region:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Please note all Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, cosmetics, jewelry, and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

Your order will include an invoice and/or customs documents.

1. Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).

2. Place the Return Label on the outside of your package. Affix your printed return label to your package, and make sure there are no other shipping labels on it. Jot down the tracking number* on the label so you can check on the delivery status.

3. Send it on its way! You can return your package through the Canada Post or FedEx.

  • For Canada Post:
  • Take your package to a Canada Post Office. Find locations here.
  • We do not recommend giving your package to a Canada Post carrier or leaving it in a Canada Post collection box or in your residential mailbox. This often requires a significant amount of delivery time, which could cause additional delays in processing your return.
  • For FedEx:
  • Take your package to a FedEx store. Find locations here.
  • We do not recommend leaving your package in a FedEx drop box. This often requires a significant amount of delivery time, which could cause additional delays in processing your return. Though FedEx Ground drivers can accept packages, using this method may also take a significant amount of additional time.

Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
